Popular Questions
What is DTF and how does it work?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a printing method where your design is printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, then heat-pressed onto fabric. It works on cotton, polyester, blends and more, with no limits on colors or fabric type.
Can I upload a gang sheet or do you have a builder?
Both. With the gang sheet builder you arrange your designs yourself on one sheet. With transfers by size you choose the size of each design and how many you need. With upload a gang sheet you send a print-ready file you already have. Not sure which is best? Read how to choose sizes and fit more designs.
How big are gang sheets and how much do they cost?
Gang sheets are 13 inches wide and you choose the length from 1 foot up to 30 feet per sheet. Need more? You can add as many sheets as you like to the same design. Prices are as low as $0.023 per square inch.
How do I press DTF transfers?
Press at 320°F (160°C) with medium pressure for 20 seconds, wait about 1 minute, then peel the film in one smooth motion. We recommend a final press of 15 seconds at the same temperature, covered with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper. See the full DTF pressing guide.
Do I need to pre-press the garment?
No. You can skip it, or pre-press if you prefer. When you press onto a garment you have not worked with before, do a small test press first.
How do I wash and care for my garment?
Turn the garment inside out and wash it cold. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not use bleach and do not iron directly over the design.
What do I need to press my transfers?
A heat press works best. Follow our pressing guide for the steps, and do a small test press if you are using a new garment or surface.
What sticker sizes, finishes and shapes do you offer?
Sizes of 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4 inches, in matte or gloss, in circle, square or a custom die-cut shape that follows your design. See our guide on size, finish and quantity.
How many stickers can I order?
Stickers start at 10 and there is no order limit, so you can order as many as you need, at a lower price per sticker as quantities grow.
Can I see a proof before my stickers are printed?
Yes. Choose Review Before Production and we send a free digital proof for your approval before anything is printed.
How do I apply a sticker?
Clean and dry the surface, position the sticker before you peel the backing, then lay it down from one edge and smooth it from the center out. See our step-by-step guide on how to apply custom stickers and vinyl decals.
What are your stickers made of?
Our custom stickers are printed on vinyl and are available in matte or gloss. See all our custom vinyl stickers.
What file format should I send for printing?
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG. A transparent PNG at 300 dpi gives the best results for stickers and DTF. Please review your file carefully before you upload it.
Image too small or low resolution? Our gang sheet builder includes an upscale option that increases the resolution of your image, so you can get a sharper print from a smaller file.
How do I prepare my artwork?
Use a high-resolution file with a transparent background, bold shapes and readable text. Our guide on how to prepare artwork for DTF transfers walks you through it. If your image is low resolution, try the upscale option in our gang sheet builder.
Will you check my file before printing?
On sticker orders, yes: choose Review Before Production and we send a free digital proof. For all other products, we print exactly what you upload, so please review your file carefully before you add it to the cart.
My file is very large. What can I do?
If your file is larger than 20 MB, you can paste a download link to it instead of uploading it directly.
Will my printed colors match my artwork?
We produce vibrant, high-quality color. Because screens and printing reproduce color differently, slight variations may occur. If exact color matching is critical to your brand, contact us before ordering.
Is there a minimum order?
DTF gang sheets have no minimum, so you can start with a single foot. Custom stickers start at 10.
Are there setup or art fees?
No. We do not charge setup or art fees on our online products.
How is DTF priced?
With prices as low as $0.023 per square inch, gang sheets are priced by length and transfers by size are priced by the size of each design. The price updates automatically as you choose your sizes and quantities, so you see the total before you check out.

Yes. Tell us your idea and request a quote. We will let you know what we can make and how.
