INKORA REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Last Updated: September 17, 2026

At INKora, most of our products are custom-made, personalized, printed, embroidered, engraved, fabricated, or otherwise produced specifically for each customer.

Because of the custom nature of our products, the following return, refund, cancellation, reprint, and replacement policies apply.

1. 7-DAY RETURN & ISSUE REPORTING WINDOW

Eligible return requests and product-related issues must be reported to INKora within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery or local pickup.

Products eligible for return must be new, unused, unwashed, uninstalled, unaltered, and in their original condition.

Because most INKora products are custom-made or personalized, eligibility for a return does not mean that every product may be returned within 7 days. Custom and personalized products remain subject to the restrictions described below.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, custom and personalized products are final sale once production has begun, except when a qualifying manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or error attributable to INKora applies under this policy.

Custom products generally cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or refunded because of:

  • A change of mind;
  • No longer needing the product;
  • Ordering the wrong quantity, size, material, color, or product;
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer;
  • Customer-supplied artwork issues;
  • Errors contained in an approved proof; or
  • Other customer-selected or customer-approved specifications.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be waived or restricted under applicable law.

2. CANCELLATIONS BEFORE PRODUCTION

If you need to cancel an order, contact INKora as soon as possible.

An order may be eligible for cancellation if production has not yet begun.

If design work, digitizing, artwork preparation, setup, material procurement, special-order products, or other services have already been performed or purchased specifically for the order, those amounts may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.

Once production has begun, the custom portion of the order is generally non-refundable.

3. PROOF APPROVAL

When INKora provides a proof, mockup, digital rendering, or sample for customer approval, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all details before production.

This includes, as applicable:

  • Spelling;
  • Names;
  • Phone numbers;
  • Addresses;
  • Dates;
  • Artwork;
  • Logos;
  • QR codes and barcodes;
  • Colors;
  • Sizes;
  • Placement;
  • Orientation;
  • Quantities; and
  • Overall layout.

Once a proof is approved, INKora is authorized to manufacture the order according to that approval.

If the finished product substantially matches the approved proof, errors or specifications visible in and approved by the customer do not qualify as INKora production errors.

Reprints resulting from customer-approved errors may require a new order and additional payment.

4. INKORA PRODUCTION ERRORS & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We stand behind the quality of our work.

If your order contains a manufacturing defect or does not substantially match the customer-approved proof due to an error attributable to INKora, please contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery or local pickup.

Contact:

Email: info@helloinkora.com
Phone: (657) 977-1685

Please provide:

  • Your name;
  • Order number or identifying order information;
  • A description of the problem;
  • Clear photographs showing the issue; and
  • Any additional information reasonably requested to evaluate the claim.

Claims submitted after the 7-day return and inspection period may be reviewed at INKora's discretion, subject to rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

5. RETURN CONDITION & INSPECTION

Any product approved by INKora for physical return must be returned new, unused, unwashed, uninstalled, unaltered, and in its original condition, unless the nature of the reported defect or damage reasonably prevents this.

Customers must retain products associated with a defect, damage, return, or production-error claim until INKora completes its review.

INKora may request additional photographs, videos, measurements, samples, packaging, or return of the affected products.

Products discarded, altered, installed, used, washed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise made unavailable for reasonable inspection may affect our ability to approve a claim.

Customers should not send products back to INKora without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

6. RETURN METHODS

Approved returns may be made in store or by mail, depending on the circumstances and the instructions provided by INKora.

In-store returns may be directed to:

INKora, LLC
9500 S 500 W, Suite 107
Sandy, Utah 84070
United States

For returns by mail, customers must contact INKora before shipping the product to receive appropriate return instructions.

Do not mail or deliver a return without first receiving authorization or instructions from INKora.

7. RETURN SHIPPING & RETURN LABELS

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by INKora, customers are responsible for obtaining the appropriate return shipping label and following the return instructions provided by INKora.

If INKora determines that a return is necessary because of a verified manufacturing defect, production error attributable to INKora, shipping damage for which INKora is responsible, or another qualifying issue, INKora may provide or cover return shipping as appropriate.

For other returns expressly approved by INKora, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

8. RESTOCKING FEES

INKora does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns under this policy.

This does not mean that non-refundable charges for services already performed—such as artwork preparation, design work, digitizing, setup, rush services, or other completed services—become refundable.

9. APPROVED CLAIMS

If INKora determines that a qualifying production error, manufacturing defect, or other covered issue occurred, INKora may provide an appropriate remedy, subject to applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Correction;
  • Reprint;
  • Replacement;
  • Store credit;
  • Partial refund; or
  • Refund of the affected product.

Where permitted by applicable law, INKora reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy based on the nature and extent of the issue.

A full refund is not automatically required when a reasonable correction, replacement, or reprint can resolve the issue.

10. PARTIAL ORDER ISSUES

A defect affecting part of an order does not automatically make the entire order eligible for refund or replacement.

For example, if 5 pieces from a 100-piece order have a verified production defect, INKora may remedy the affected pieces rather than replacing or refunding all 100 pieces.

11. REASONABLE MANUFACTURING VARIATIONS

Custom manufacturing may result in minor variations between pieces.

Reasonable variations in color, placement, dimensions, cutting, stitching, embroidery, texture, print appearance, engraving, material, or finish that are inherent to the applicable production process are not necessarily considered defects.

Colors displayed on electronic screens may also differ from physical products.

If exact tolerances or color matching are critical, customers should discuss those requirements with INKora before production.

12. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK

INKora is not responsible for defects in customer-provided artwork, including low resolution, pixelation, compression artifacts, incorrect dimensions, spelling errors, incorrect colors, missing elements, or other artwork issues that were supplied or approved by the customer.

When INKora produces an order substantially according to customer-provided and/or customer-approved artwork, artwork-related issues generally do not qualify for a free reprint or refund.

13. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PRODUCTS OR GARMENTS

When INKora agrees to print, embroider, engrave, decorate, or otherwise customize customer-supplied garments, products, or materials, the customer acknowledges the inherent risks associated with custom production.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, INKora does not guarantee replacement of customer-supplied merchandise at its retail or replacement value when damage results from an unavoidable or ordinary production risk.

This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. SHIPPING DAMAGE, LOSS, OR THEFT

Shipping issues are different from manufacturing defects.

If an order arrives visibly damaged, appears lost, is stolen, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact INKora promptly.

For products received damaged, customers should report the issue within the 7-day issue reporting window whenever reasonably possible.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, packaging, tracking information, delivery information, or other documentation necessary for INKora and/or the carrier to investigate.

Reporting a shipping issue does not automatically qualify an order for an immediate refund or reprint before a reasonable investigation is completed.

Carrier delays alone do not constitute an INKora production defect.

Additional rules regarding shipping are contained in our Shipping Policy.

15. CUSTOMER-INSTALLED OR CUSTOMER-APPLIED PRODUCTS

INKora is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, application, washing, drying, storage, handling, incompatible surfaces, chemical exposure, misuse, or modifications performed by the customer or another third party.

This may apply to products including stickers, decals, vinyl graphics, signage, DTF transfers, apparel, and similar custom products.

16. SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Custom products purchased using a discount, promotion, introductory offer, or special pricing remain subject to this Refund Policy.

Promotional pricing does not change the customer's responsibility to review and approve artwork and order specifications.

17. REFUND PROCESSING

When a monetary refund is approved, INKora will generally process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after the refund is approved.

After INKora processes a refund, additional time may be required for the customer's bank, credit card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution to post the funds to the customer's account. Such additional processing times are outside INKora's control.

Original shipping charges, rush fees, artwork/design fees, setup charges, digitizing fees, and other services already performed may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law unless the refund results from an applicable INKora error affecting that service.

18. ABUSE OR FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

INKora reserves the right to deny claims reasonably determined to involve fraud, abuse, intentional damage, misrepresentation, duplicate claims, or other misuse of this policy, subject to applicable law.
