INKORA TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: September 16, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by INKora, LLC (“INKora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including helloinkora.com, and your purchase or use of products and services offered by INKora.

By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, uploading artwork, placing an order, approving a proof, making payment, or otherwise using our products or services, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference.

1. ABOUT INKORA

INKora provides custom printing, promotional products, branding solutions, and custom manufacturing services, including but not limited to custom apparel, DTF transfers, stickers and labels, embroidery, signs and banners, promotional products, awards and recognition products, business printing, sublimation, laser engraving, and 3D printing.

2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance by INKora.

INKora reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse, suspend, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or technical errors, unavailable materials, equipment or production limitations, safety concerns, intellectual property concerns, prohibited content, or inability to meet requested specifications.

An order confirmation, invoice, quote, or automated website notification does not prevent INKora from contacting the customer to resolve an error or production issue before fulfillment.

If INKora cancels an order before production for reasons attributable to INKora, amounts paid for the unproduced portion of that order will be refunded as appropriate.

3. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many products sold by INKora are personalized, printed, embroidered, engraved, fabricated, cut, assembled, or otherwise manufactured specifically for the customer.

Once production has begun, custom or personalized orders are final and generally cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded because of a change of mind, customer ordering error, or change in circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

Production may include purchasing or allocating materials, printing, cutting, embroidery setup, digitizing, engraving, fabrication, preparation, or other work specifically associated with the order.

Changes requested after production begins may require additional charges and may not always be possible.

4. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ARTWORK AND CONTENT

Customers are responsible for artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, text, names, designs, illustrations, QR codes, barcodes, and other content they submit or instruct INKora to reproduce.

By providing content to INKora, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have all licenses, permissions, consents, and legal rights necessary to authorize INKora to use and reproduce it for the requested products and services.

You agree not to submit content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or organization.

INKora is not responsible for determining ownership of customer-submitted intellectual property.

INKora may refuse or cancel production of content we reasonably believe may be unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

5. LICENSE TO CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, designs, text, trademarks, or other content to INKora, you grant INKora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, resize, format, crop, convert, process, adapt, modify, store, transmit, and otherwise handle that content as reasonably necessary to:

  • Prepare proofs;
  • Perform artwork preparation or production setup;
  • Manufacture and fulfill your order;
  • Provide customer service;
  • Maintain reasonable business and order records;
  • Process reorders or corrections requested by you; and
  • Otherwise provide the products or services you requested.

This license also permits INKora to provide such content to employees, contractors, production partners, technology providers, shipping providers, or other service providers only as reasonably necessary to perform or support the requested services.

You retain ownership of your original content.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your trademarks, logos, photographs, artwork, or other intellectual property to INKora.

6. ARTWORK QUALITY

The finished product depends in part on the quality of artwork supplied by the customer.

Low-resolution, pixelated, compressed, incorrectly sized, improperly formatted, or otherwise unsuitable artwork may result in reduced production quality.

INKora may identify obvious artwork concerns or recommend modifications, but we are not obligated to detect every potential issue in customer-provided files.

Unless INKora has specifically agreed to provide design, recreation, vectorization, digitizing, color correction, or other artwork services, the customer remains responsible for supplying production-ready artwork.

Additional artwork preparation may require additional charges.

7. PROOFS AND CUSTOMER APPROVAL — FINAL RESPONSIBILITY

When INKora provides a proof, mockup, digital rendering, sample, or other approval document, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully before approving production.

The customer must verify, as applicable:

  • Spelling and grammar;
  • Names;
  • Phone numbers;
  • Email addresses;
  • Addresses;
  • Dates;
  • Quantities;
  • Sizes and dimensions;
  • Placement and orientation;
  • Colors;
  • Artwork and logos;
  • QR codes and barcodes;
  • Layout;
  • Product selection; and
  • Any other visible order specification.

Customer approval constitutes authorization for INKora to manufacture the order according to the approved proof.

If INKora produces the order substantially in accordance with the approved proof, an error or issue that was visible in or resulted from the approved proof is considered a customer-approved condition and not an INKora production error.

This includes spelling errors, incorrect phone numbers, incorrect dates, incorrect QR codes, incorrect artwork supplied by the customer, or other information approved by the customer.

A reprint requested because of a customer-approved error may be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production delays.

8. COLOR, SIZE, PLACEMENT, AND MANUFACTURING VARIATIONS

Digital screens display color differently from physical printing and manufacturing processes.

Colors displayed on phones, monitors, tablets, proofs, or photographs may differ from the finished product because of screen calibration, RGB/CMYK conversion, ink characteristics, substrate, fabric, material, finish, lighting, heat, printing process, embroidery thread, manufacturing tolerances, and other variables.

Reasonable variations in color, placement, dimensions, cutting, stitching, texture, engraving, finish, or other characteristics inherent to custom production do not necessarily constitute defects.

If exact color matching, dimensions, placement, or other tolerances are critical, the customer must notify INKora before production so available options can be discussed.

9. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED GARMENTS, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS

INKora may agree to decorate, print, embroider, engrave, modify, or otherwise work on products or materials supplied by the customer.

Custom production inherently involves risks, including equipment malfunction, material incompatibility, heat damage, staining, marking, misalignment, manufacturing defects in the supplied item, or other unexpected production issues.

When INKora accepts customer-supplied items, the customer acknowledges these inherent risks.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, INKora does not guarantee replacement of customer-supplied items at their retail or replacement value if an item is damaged as a result of an unavoidable or ordinary production risk.

Nothing in this section limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or responsibility for damage caused by conduct for which liability cannot legally be limited.

Customers are encouraged to provide reasonable additional quantities when supplying items for larger production runs.

10. PRODUCTION AND TURNAROUND TIMES

Production and turnaround times communicated by INKora are estimates unless INKora expressly confirms a deadline in writing as guaranteed.

Production time generally begins only after INKora has received everything required to begin production, which may include:

  • Payment or required deposit;
  • Final quantities;
  • Production-ready artwork;
  • Proof approval;
  • Required customer information; and
  • Availability of required materials.

Customer delays automatically may affect estimated completion dates.

Changes to artwork, quantity, products, materials, or specifications may require a revised turnaround time.

Rush production may be offered for certain orders and may involve additional fees.

Payment of a rush fee does not by itself create a guaranteed delivery or completion date unless INKora expressly identifies the applicable deadline as guaranteed in writing.

11. SHIPPING AND TRANSIT

Production time and carrier transit time are separate.

Once an order is completed and tendered to a third-party carrier, carrier delays and transit events outside INKora's reasonable control are not production delays attributable to INKora.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

INKora is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

Where permitted by applicable law, risk associated with transportation may pass to the customer upon proper tender of the shipment to the carrier, subject to any applicable shipping protection, carrier coverage, INKora Shipping Policy, or non-waivable consumer rights.

If a shipment is lost, damaged, stolen, or marked delivered but cannot be located, the customer must notify INKora promptly and cooperate with any investigation or carrier claim.

A reported shipping problem does not automatically entitle the customer to an immediate refund or reprint before the matter can reasonably be investigated.

INKora may determine the appropriate remedy based on the circumstances, carrier findings, available insurance or protection, and applicable law.

12. LOCAL PICKUP

Orders designated for local pickup may be collected from our Sandy, Utah location after the customer receives notification that the order is ready.

Customers should inspect their orders as soon as reasonably possible after pickup.

Once an order has been picked up, INKora is not responsible for subsequent damage resulting from transportation, handling, storage, installation, washing, application, exposure, misuse, or other events occurring after pickup.

13. INSTALLATION, APPLICATION, AND PRODUCT USE

Certain products, including stickers, decals, vinyl graphics, signs, DTF transfers, apparel, and other custom products, may require proper installation, application, washing, storage, handling, or maintenance.

Unless INKora has specifically agreed to provide installation or application services, the customer assumes responsibility for proper installation and use.

INKora is not responsible for damage or failure caused by improper installation, incompatible surfaces, incorrect application temperature or technique, improper washing or drying, chemical exposure, unsuitable storage, misuse, or modifications performed by the customer or another third party.

14. INSPECTION AND PRODUCTION ISSUES

Customers should inspect orders promptly after delivery or pickup.

If you believe INKora made a production error or supplied a defective product, contact us promptly at info@helloinkora.com with:

  • Order information;
  • A description of the issue; and
  • Clear photographs or other evidence reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

INKora may request additional information or require affected products to be retained or returned.

Do not discard allegedly defective products until INKora has completed its review or confirmed that they may be discarded.

An approved remedy may include, at INKora's reasonable discretion and subject to applicable law, correction, replacement, reprint, store credit, partial refund, or refund.

15. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND REPRINTS

Custom and personalized products generally are not eligible for return or refund simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer needs the product.

Products produced substantially according to customer-approved specifications generally are not considered defective because of an error approved by the customer.

INKora's separate Refund Policy contains additional terms and is incorporated into these Terms.

16. PRICING, QUOTES, AND PAYMENT

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes, shipping, artwork services, setup fees, digitizing, rush charges, installation, special materials, or other disclosed costs may be added.

Custom quotes may have an expiration date.

Production may require partial or full payment before work begins.

INKora reserves the right to correct obvious pricing, typographical, configuration, or technical errors.

If a material pricing error affects an order that has already been paid, INKora may contact the customer before production to offer the corrected price or cancellation/refund of the affected unproduced order.

17. PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

INKora may offer promotional pricing, introductory offers, discounts, bundles, samples, or limited-time deals.

Offers may be subject to expiration dates, quantity limits, minimum purchases, product restrictions, first-time-customer requirements, or other conditions disclosed with the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions may not be combined.

INKora may modify or discontinue promotional offers prospectively, subject to applicable law.

18. RIGHT OF REFUSAL

INKora reserves the right to refuse production of an order when reasonably necessary for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, intellectual-property, production, or business-integrity reasons.

INKora does not endorse customer-submitted artwork merely because we manufacture a product containing it.

19. INDEMNIFICATION FOR CUSTOMER CONTENT

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless INKora, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

  • Content or artwork you provided;
  • Your alleged infringement of intellectual property or other third-party rights;
  • Your unauthorized use of another person's logo, trademark, photograph, design, or other content; or
  • Your material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify INKora for claims arising solely from INKora's own conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by law.

20. PHOTOGRAPHY AND PORTFOLIO USE

INKora may photograph, film, or display products manufactured by INKora as examples of our production capabilities and may use such material in our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional materials.

Customer-provided intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner. Displaying a finished product does not transfer ownership of the customer's logo, artwork, trademark, or other intellectual property to INKora and does not imply endorsement by the intellectual-property owner.

If you do not want your custom order used in future INKora-controlled marketing or portfolio materials, contact info@helloinkora.com and identify the applicable order.

INKora will honor reasonable requests regarding future promotional use under our control.

21. INKORA INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

INKora's website and INKora-created materials, including original branding, photographs, graphics, product presentations, text, designs, website content, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to INKora and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit INKora-owned intellectual property except as expressly authorized.

22. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

INKora may use third-party providers for ecommerce, payment processing, shipping, communications, analytics, marketing, file storage, automation, and other business operations.

INKora is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Where you expressly opt in to receive SMS/text messages from INKora, messages may be sent to the mobile number you provide.

Depending on the consent provided, messages may include inquiry or quote communications, project updates, customer service messages, order-related information, reminders, special offers, discounts, product announcements, and other promotional communications.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of applicable SMS communications. Reply HELP for assistance or contact info@helloinkora.com.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out of promotional SMS does not prevent INKora from responding to communications you initiate or from providing communications otherwise permitted by applicable law.

24. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

INKora may send transactional or service-related email communications regarding inquiries, quotes, proofs, orders, payments, production, shipping, or customer service.

Where customers separately subscribe or otherwise validly consent to marketing communications, INKora may send promotional email communications.

  • Interfere with website security or operation;
  • Engage in unauthorized scraping or automated extraction; or
  • Use our services for unlawful purposes.

26. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INKora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill, or similar commercial losses arising from or relating to our website, products, or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, INKora's aggregate liability arising from or relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid to INKora for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

27. FORCE MAJEURE

INKora is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, utility failures, internet or telecommunications outages, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, carrier delays, government actions, supply-chain interruptions, material shortages, widespread equipment or infrastructure failures, or similar events.

Where reasonably practicable, INKora will attempt to communicate material delays.

28. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy:

INKora Privacy Policy

29. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

INKora may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The current version will be published on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively except where otherwise required by law.

30. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible or severed as appropriate, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

31. NO WAIVER

Failure by INKora to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.

32. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

33. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with policies and terms expressly incorporated by reference and any applicable written quote or order agreement, constitute the agreement governing the applicable transaction between the customer and INKora.

If a separately signed written agreement between INKora and a customer expressly conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.
